Agdam Mugham School named after Khan Shushinski
The school has been opened in the 1985, Aghdam district of the Republic of Azerbaijan and since that date Rafiq Rahim oglu Rustemov has been appointed as director of the school.
Karabakh Nightingales of the mugham school has arisen in structure of the school in 1986. Karabakh Nightingales has beeen participant of the ceremonies shown below from date arose till to this day.

In 2003 Rafiq Rustemov awerded diplom by Republic Greater Caucasus newpaper editorial office.
On the 28th of May, 2004 awarded diplom by Azerbaijan journalists union. There are a number of concerts on the Azerbaijan state television Two parts concert in Philarmonic hall. Video records keeping in the school archive.
2004, 2005, 2006School awarded the money prize and honorary decree by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan Republic in Chorus competition
2005Mugham trio held concert in France, Lion concervaroty.
2006Performed in France, Die city East-Western festival. Also we have given wide explanation about mugam, about our musical instruments.

2009I international child mugham festival under the guidance of Ministry of sports. Valiyev Elshen Babash oglu awarded the first place and diploma with the 1st degree.
2010Pupil of the school Hajiyev Ali Habil oglu awarded the 1st degree diploma in the festival held on the profession of khanende class of republic child music school.
2010According to the decision of the europe publication press home Rafiq Rahim oglu Rustemov awarded the golden medal for the best director of the mugham school.
